2. Strictly Maximum 10 people and sleeping in the bed. Not allowed sleeping on Sofa.

3. Smoking Strictly Not Allowed inside the house or building but allowed only at outside open area ( garden, swimming pool)

4. Price Including Cleaning by Housekeeping, guest can contact housekeeping stand by from 9.30 am – 5 pm

5. CHECK-IN: Our Check-in Time is start 2 pm

6. CHECK OUT: Our Check-Out Time is 11.00 AM. For late check-out depend on availability and price of Late Check-Out is half of the daily price

7. AIRPORT TRANSFER, DAILY TOUR, CAR RENTAL & MOTORBIKE RENTAL: We can refer you to a good reputable English speaker driver to arrange Airport Transfer, Daily Tour Service or car daily rental plus driver even with the Luxury car at additional cost, please request us during the booking

8. PARKING: Motorbike can park easily in front of the villa in the outside area and car is just next door

9. For events or party have to ask permits first because the location in villas area and we dont want to disturb neighbours

10. Loud music or noise needs to be reduced after 10 pm at night.

11. – drink and drunk is okay as long not annoying neighbours and not damage anything in the villa , if guest caused any damage in the villa , guest needs to replace it.

12. Travel Insurance :
since our cancellation policy is strict and the villa rental cost is non-refundable,
we advise all our guests to have a
travel insurance during their stay in our villa usually travels insurance in guest origin country cover guest to cover if there any risk of flight cancellation or natural disasters (an act of God ).
